Short of punching the brakes it's physically not possible for the 1/2 mile eta estimate to be correct. At the 1/4. I'll it's already doing going over 120mph, or 1/4 mile in just under 7.5 seconds.
Since the first 1/4 is shown as 11.5 a C7 could not gain another mph and still be in the 18's at the 1/2 mile.

Since most of the testing were done for Z51 package with performance exhaust option, engine output should be changed to this:
Peak power - 343 kw / 6000 RPM
Peak torque - 630 Nm / 4600 RPM

wrong information. how come the 1/4 mile in 11.5 sec at speed of 193km. and to 200km in 14.5sec!! that means this car needs 3 sec to go from 193km to 200km which is not real.

IMO not many cars look as good in there drop top from as they due in there hardtop version, But this one looks amazing, It really does.

If this data is accurate, that means that the 7th gear allows 55mph cruising at less than 1000rpm!

I got the V used with low miles for a little under 50k. Dealer said he could have sold it numerous times if it was an auto but you'd be amazed how many people in the u.s can't drive a manual.
When I first got it I was dead set on not doing any engines mods but you know how that goes. Once I joined the forums and saw how much more power I could have with a pulley swap and remap I couldn't help myself.
With a family I figured the caddy was my best bet at performance and room for the kid/dog. Previously I had a evo but the luster of the evo faded pretty quickly. Numerous problems with it... no issues with the caddy yet!

May be it's sounds strange, but I'd like to see a cheaper version of this car: 5-5,5 l V8, about 400 hp. With manual and all Z51 goodies it would be very fun car.

To be honest, I would like to see one of these for once as opposed to the many 458s, GTRs, mclarens, lambos. They are too cliche.

I actually just raced a C7Stingray the other day...
Well when I say race, it was more like, admiring the new taillights going farther and farther away accompanied by that glorious push-rod V8 soundtrack.... :)
